Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Consent and health intake forms will be sent to you prior to your appointment and must be completed before your consultation can proceed. Incomplete forms may result in reduced treatment time. If you experience any difficulties please reach out to AÑOR Wellness before your appointment.
A deposit is taken to secure your appointment time. As a solo practitioner, each booking represents dedicated, unhurried time set aside just for you. The deposit helps protect that time and ensures our schedule remains available for all clients who need it. Your deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment.
Post-surgical treatments require written clearance from your treating surgeon prior to your appointment. Please bring this with you or email it ahead of time.
